Our client is one of the oldest and innovative lubricant producers in the world, and has presence in many countries all over the globe. In order to support growth strategy in Turkey, we, as their HR consultants are looking for a Sales Manager for the Turkish market.
The SM will be responsible for distributor channel and some direct accounts in Turkey. The Sales Manager will be expected to provide leadership, business and customer insight, and to develop innovative sales and business solutions that enable growth targets to be realized in line with the Company Strategy. This role is seen as a development role for future, and as a starting point for more senior positions within the EMEA Sales and Marketing group in the company.
• At least 5 years business development experience in the lubricant or associated automotive/ chemical business, • Excellent and proven business and contractual negotiation skills, closing deals, • Computer savvy, feel comfortable with both software and hardware as a remote worker, • Comfortable with SAP and Salesforce, • Strong communication skills, teamworker, • Strong analytic skills and identify opportunities and trends within their specific market, • The position will be home office based and requires frequent travelling.
