Our client is a well-known international and specialised construction company. We, as their Human Resources Consultants, are looking for a Country Manager (CM) for the region of GATU (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan) based in Baku. The CM will be responsible for leading the development of the company on the assigned territory. In addition, the CM will ensure the smooth running of operations, and assure their quality, in compliance with the company's standards of productivity, overall performance and ethics. The CM is to coordinate resources by ensuring the necessary synergies between different functions, in particular, commercial and operation teams. The company works as a subcontractor or supplier with technical assistance, to the construction and repair of structures through GATU. The company’s operations extend from engineering to the implementation of technical solutions on site, and manufacture of products. COUNTRY MANAGER – AZERBAIJAN AA-CM/AZ Baku - Azerbeijan Construction Industry   REQUIREMENTS : • Min. 15 years of experience in construction industry in Turkey, or Azerbaijan, and GATU region • Min. 5 years experience in construction industry in sub-contractor companies. • At least 5 years of experience in sales & business development. • At least 5 years of managerial experience. • Project management experience. • Engineering graduate. • Fluent in English. • Leadership and excellent communication skills. • Proven commercial experience in GATU Region . • Ability to work in a matrix organization, manage organizational complexity and culturally diversified environment. • Ability to coordinate diverse shareholders . • Company based in Baku, Azerbaijan.
