CSS- Yalova
Note: Accommodation will be provided for the candidates who will move to Yalova from other locations. The CSS will represent the brand; ensure total customer satisfaction; answer guest requests for assistance and coordinate with housekeeping, bell service, staff and management to fulfil guest requirements; touring the customers in the real estate properties and resorts, explaining the benefits and facilities available; resolve product or service problems or issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution; recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs; generate sales leads, through product upgrades; follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Turkish, English, 2 – 5 years’ experience in Hotel Customer Service, Initiative taker and presentable, Communication and negotiation skills, Problem solving abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, word and power point).
