Our client is one of the largest Residential Leisure Real Estate developer and sales & marketing group in the Middle East & Africa region. We, as their Human Resources Consultants, are looking for a new team member for the following position;
RES - Istanbul
Ensure sales target are met. Plan & Execute sales and marketing strategies of the real estate division of the group. Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property. Display and market real property to possible buyers. Focus on finding business opportunities in new markets. Show properties to potential buyers. Promote properties with ads, listings, etc. Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties. Develop networks of real estate property developers. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. Coaching – helping team members reach their full sales potential is the main objective of a real estate manager, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job. Performance management – Plan and implement sales objectives and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment.
• Perfect Turkish and English, • 7+ years experience in Sales and Marketing in Real Estate Industry within the core team, • High level of local market knowledge & connections in Real estate sphere (Different cities across Turkey), • Strong presentation skills, • Strong financial and analytical capabilities, proven track record of successful sales, • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills, • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills,
