Our client is one of the largest Residential Leisure Real Estate developer and sales & marketing group in the Middle East & Africa region. We, as their Human Resources Consultants, are looking for a new team member for the following position;
• Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications. • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel and public relation activities. • Welcomes guests and customers in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results. • Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information. • Secures information by completing data base backups.
• Perfect Turkish and English • 3 – 5 years Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant experience in mid and big size companies. • Good financial and business development knowledge needed.
